Refunds
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s), for a REFUND within 30 days of receipt.
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase, such as the order number or receipt.
Unfortunately shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Items that are special ordered, used items, or electrical components ( ex. Pump saver/timers/ capacitors/Logic Boards, etc.) will not be accepted for return.
All returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
To start a return, please contact us via email at info@mywaterpumps.com to receive a return authorization form as well as an RMA number.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-4 business days.
Warranty
All our products come with a manufacturer's warranty to protect against defects in materials and workmanship. The manufacturer warrants this product to the end-user, when properly installed and under normal conditions of use, to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one year from the provided date of purchase.
This warranty does not cover abuse, operation in a manner inconsistent with the product’s design, or damage resulting from exposure to the elements. It is important to follow the manufacturer's instructions and guidelines for proper use and maintenance of the product.
If the defect is considered “under warranty”, the manufacturer will, at its option, repair or replace the product free of charge to the person who purchased the product.
If you encounter any issues with your purchased item during the warranty period, please contact our customer support team at info@mywaterpumps.com. We will guide you through the warranty claim process and assist you in resolving the issue.
Please do NOT disassemble the product, since this will void your warranty. Freight charges for products shipped for warranty consideration are the responsibility of the person seeking warranty. If the unit is covered under this Manufacturer Defect Warranty, no further action is required by the person seeking warranty inspection and/or repair.
If after inspection by a technician, any product is found to contain no manufacturing or material defects during or after the warranty period, the retail customer will be contacted and given the option to have the product returned as-is, or be repaired and returned at the customers’ expense.

Please note: At My Water Pumps we strongly recommend that all installation, repairs, and part replacements be undertaken by a certified and licensed technician, contractor, local pump and motor repair shop and not by the owner. Failure to repair pumps, motor and electrical equipment correctly could result in electrical shock, fire hazard, unsatisfactory performance, equipment failure, and even death. Neither the equipment manufacturer nor My Water Pumps makes any representation or warranty of any kind to the Buyer that he or she is qualified to neither install nor make any repairs to the products.
