The Goulds 5GP2020 AquaVar ProPak is a factory-matched, 2 HP, three-phase, 230V variable-frequency pump kit built around a Goulds 5GS20 submersible water end, a M20432 motor, and a CentriPro Aquavar SOLO² controller with transducer. Because the SOLO² drive continuously varies motor frequency from 30 to 60 Hz to hold a constant discharge pressure, this kit does not run at one fixed duty point -- across its frequency range the 5GS20 water end covers a performance envelope bounded by a maximum shut-off head of 1060 ft at 0 GPM, a manufacturer-rated best-efficiency point of 5 GPM at 740 ft TDH, and a maximum runout of 7.5 GPM at 440 ft TDH, with the actual operating point set automatically by well depth and system demand. The controller ships factory preset to 60 PSI discharge pressure, field-adjustable to higher settings.
